Week 2 • 4 Video Lessons
Progress to slightly more advanced exercises in Week 2, reinforcing the foundational movements you've learned and introduce new techniques to further improve strength, and overall mobility.
Week 3 • 4 Video Lessons
Build on your strength and mobility with slightly more challenging exercises. Focus on improving balance, stability, and flexibility, while continuing to enhance your confidence in movement.
Week 4 • 5 Video Lessons
Progress to five workouts in Week 4, building strength and confidence. The exercises get a bit more challenging, focusing on increasing flexibility, mobility, and overall strength at your pace.
Week 5 • 6 Video Lessons
With six workouts in Week 5, we’ll push your body safely. The focus is on building endurance and reinforcing your strength, while still staying within a manageable challenge for your body.
